Wm. Stewart, Administrator and Trustee, to sell the real
estate of Isaac Stewart, late of Somerset county deceased,
under a decree of the Orphans' Court, for Somerset county,
to pay over the balance in his hands, as Administrator and
Trustee aforesaid, after satisfying all just debts of the said
Isaac Stewart, &c.

Which was read the first time and referred to the Com-
mittee on Judicial Proceedings.

A bill entitled an Act to authorize and. empower the Gov-
ernor to appoint an additional Justice of the Peace, in the
5th election district of Baltimore county.

Which was read the first time, and referred to Senators
Clarke, Biggs and Henkle.

A bill entitled, an Act lo repeal sections 17 and 19, of
Article 10, of the Code of Public Local Laws, of Dorchester
county, entitled "Almshouse," and to repeal sections 10 and
20 of said Article, and re-enact the same with amendments.

Which was read the first time and referred to Senators
Henry, Malone, and Fields.

A bill entitled an Act to authorize the Trustees of Mechan-
icstown Academy, in Frederick county, Maryland, or their
successors, to sell and convey said Academy, and distribute
the proceeds of the sale thereof.

Which was read the first time and referred to Senators
Biggs, Clarke and Henkle.

A bill entitled an Act to declare the sanction of the Gene-
ral Assembly of Maryland, to the bequest or devise of Henry
A. Stinnecke, late of Baltimore city, deceased, to the Bishop
of the Protestant Episcopal Church in Maryland.

Which was read the first time and referred to the Com-
mittee on Judicial Proceedings.

A bill entitled an Act to declare the sanction of the Gene-
ral Assembly of Maryland, to the bequest of Stephen Rigdon,
late of Harford county, deceased, to the Trustees of the Rock
Ridge Regular Baptist Society or Church in said county.

Which was read the first time and referred to Senators
Stephenson, Henry and Browne.

A bill entitled an Act to incorporate the Mount Hope Re-
treat in Baltimore county.

Which was read the first time and referred to the Committee
on Corporations.

A bill entitled an Act to incorporate the Cecil Fire Brick
Company in Cecil county.
