The House bill entitled an Act to amend an Act passed at
the January session, 1860, entitled an Act to incorporate the
Carrollton Avenue Company,

Being upon its third reading,

Mr. Earle moved that said bill bo postponed until Friday
next, February 4th.

The House bill entitled an Act to add additional sections
to an Act passed at the December session, 1849, chapter 377,
entitled an Act to incorporate a company to make a Turn-
pike Road from Williamsport, in Washington county, to the
Pennsylvania Line, in the direction of Greencastle, in Frank-
lin county, State of Pennsylvania,

Being upon its third reading, was
On motion by Mr. Grove,
Ordered to lie over.

The House bill entitled an Act to amend the Charter of
the town of Leitersburg, Maryland,
Being upon its third reading, was
On motion by Mr. Grove,
Postponed until Monday next, February 7th.

The House bill entitled a supplement to an Act passed by
the General Assembly, at the January session, 1868, chap-
ter 424, entitled an Act to incorporate the town of Berlin, in
Worcester county,

Was read the third time and passed by yeas and nays, as
follows:
AFFIRMATIVE.

Fields, Sellman,

.at the January session, 1868, chapter 161, entitled an Act
to incorporate the Frederick and Emmittsburg Railroad
Company, extending said road, and the time for commence-
ment and completion of the same,
