the Code of Public Local Laws for Cecil county, under the
title of "Schools," for the purpose of apportioning the Aca-
demic Fund of said county among the several Academies
thereof,

The Senate bill entitled an Act to authorize the County
Commissioners of Frederick county to build a new Alms-
house for Frederick county ; to borrow money on the credit
of the county for that purpose ; to issue bonds for the pay-
ment of the same, and to levy taxes on the assessable prop-
erty of said county to redeem said bonds, and to pay the
interest thereon,

Was read the second time, and ordered to be engrossed for
a third reading.
