Mr. Snyder, from the Select Committee to which had been
referred the House bill entitled an Act to repeal and re-enact
section 959 of Article 4, of the Code of Public Local Laws of
the city of Baltimore, sub-title "Parks," reported it without
amendment.

Mr. Snyder moved that said bill be read the second time
