The bill entitled an Act to repeal section 6 of an Act passed
January session, 1667, chapter 298, sub-titled "an Act to in-
corporate the Pennsylvania Line Railroad Company," and to
re-enact the same with amendments,

Endorsed, "Passed by yeas and nays."

The bill entitled an Act to repeal chapter 329 of the Acts
of 1868, entitled "Public Roads in Talbot and Caroline
Counties,"

Endorsed, "Passed by yeas and nays."

Also,

The bill entitled an Act to authorize the County Commis-
sioners of Queen Anne's county, at their next annual levy,
to levy on the taxable property of said county a sum of money
to be applied to the founding and support of schools for col-
ored children in laid county,

Also,

The bill entitled an Act to amend Article 36, of the Code
of Public General Laws, entitltd "Estrays," by adding ad-
ditional sections thereto,

The bill entitled an Act to confirm an Act passed by the
General Assembly of Virginia, entitled an Act to incorporate
the Shenandoah Valley Railroad Company, passed February
23, 1867; also, to Confirm an Act passed by the Legislature
of West Virginia, entitled "an Act to authorize the Shenan-
doah Valley Railroad Company to construct their road through
the State of West Virginia to the Potomac River," passed
February 25,1870, and to authorize the said Company to ex-
tend their road across the Potomac river and to Hagerstown,
in Washington county, in this State,

The bill entitled an Act to prevent the increase of gates
upon the public roads of Anne Arundel and Prince George's,
counties,
