Laws of Maryland, approved March, 30,1868, entitled An Act
to repeal the Act of 1867, chapter 290, entitled an Act to add
a new Article to the Code of Public General Laws, to be en-
titled "Pulic Roads," except so far as said Act relates to
Somerset county,
