Gentlemen of the House of Delegates :

We have received from your Honorable Body the Senate
bill exempting the agricultural productions of the State
from the payment of wharfage at the State wharves, with
House amendment, and non-concur therein.

We respectfully request your Honorable Body to recede
from said amendment.
