The Secretary of tie Senate returned the bill entitled an
Act to fix the mode of electing the President and Directors
of the Hagerstown Gas Light Company, a company organized
under the General Corporation Law of 1852,

Endorsed, "Passed by yeas and nays."
Also,

The bill entitled an Act to authorize and empower the
Trustees of the Lower West Nottingham Presbyterian Church,
in Cecil county, or their successors, to receive by conveyance
a lot of ground as an addition to the grove surrounding said
Church,

Endorsed, "Passed by yeas and nays."
Also,

The bill entitled an Act for the protection of rabbits in
Prince George's county,

Endorsed, "Passed by yeas and nays."
Also,

The bill entitled an Act to authorize the Governor to ap-
point Commissioners to examine the fisheries of the State,
with a view to their improvement and protection, and to re-
port thereon to the next General Assembly, and to appropri-
ate a sum of money to defray the expense thereof,

Endorsed, "Passed by yeas and nays."
Also,

The bill entitled an Act to authorize John H. Stokes, of
Harford county, surviving Trustee, to sell and convey a par-
cel of land to the Trustees of Deer Creek Monthly Meeting of
Friends, for the use of their members at Broad Creek Meet-
ing,

Endorsed, ''Passed by yeas and nays."
Also,

The bill entitled an Act to incorporate the St. Paul's Sa-
vings Bank of Baltimore,

Endorsed, "Passed by yeas and nays."

The bill entitled an Act to repeal sections 49, 50, 51 and
52, of Article 11, Code of Public Local Laws, entitled
"Frederick County," passed at January session, 1862, chap-
ter 53, and to re-enact the same with amendments.,
