Being upon a second reading,

Mr. Harris submitted the following amendments :

Sub-title "Frederick County," amend by inserting the fol-

Matilda Hagan, Elizabeth Ferick, Solomon Filler, Regina
Hiteshue, Elisha Howard, Daniel Heffner, Daniel Shaffer,
Rebecca Thomas, Leonard Whitten, Benjamin Whitmore,
Margaret Koonts, Elizabeth Kaufman, Susan Phelps, Mary

Which were severally read and adopted.

beth Titlow, Elizabeth Gardner, Levy Barrick, Ann Whip.

Which was adopted.

Mr. Turner submitted the following amendment:

Amend line 10, by striking out the name of John Fry-
folge.
