The bill entitled an Act to repeal the Act of 1867, chapter
385, which provides for paying pensions to Maryland soldiers,
of the war of 1812, and to the widows of deceased soldiers of
that war, and also, to repeal the Act of 1868, chapter 432,
providing pensions for certain soldiers and widows of soldiers
of the war of 1812, and to provide in lieu thereof for allowing,
pensions to certain soldiers and widows of soldiers of the war
of 1812.
