The Secretary of the Senate delivered the following bills:

The bill entitled an Act to repeal an Act to amend Article
27, of the Code of Public General Laws of the State of Mary-
land, adding thereto the following sections, and relating to
the liens of judgments rendered in the Circuit Courts for
Somerset and Worcester counties, and to substitute in lieu
thereof the following sections.

Which was read a first time and referred to the Somerset
delegation and Mr. Dennis.

Also,

The bill entitled an Act for the benefit of agriculture, by
securing the vendors of manures.

Which was read a first time and referred to the Committee
on Agriculture.

Also,

The bill entitled an Act to repeal sections 171 and 172 of
Article 16, Code of Public Local Laws of Prince George's
county, title, "Sheriffs," and to re-enact section 171 of the
same.

Which was read a first time and referred to the Prince
George's delegation.
