January session 1868, chapter 406, entitled an Act to repeal
the Act passed the 23d of March 1867, chapter 184, entitled
an Act to repeal Article 71, of the Code of Public General
Laws of the State of Maryland, entitled "Oysters," and to
re-enact the same with amendments,
Being upon a second reading,
