Mr. Touchstone, Chairman of the Committee on the Con-
tingent Fund, submitted the following

REPORT.
To the Honorable Speaker and

Gentlemen of the House of Delegates ;

Your "Committee on Contingent Fund" very respectfully
beg leave to report, that they have carefully examined the
accounts rendered to the Executive Department for inci-
dental expenses, and authorized by law to be paid out of the
contingent fund, and find that the bills presented, and
vouchers for disbursements of the said fund, exactly corre-
spond.

The statement herewith presented covers the entire ex-
penditures out of the contingent fund, from the 20th day of
January, 1869, to the 31st day of March, 1870, inclusive;
and shows an aggregate amount of expenditures of six thou-
sand three hundred and fifty-six dollars and nineteen cents,
($6,356.19.)

All of which is respectfully submitted,
