After some time spent in Committee of the Whole, the
Committee rose, the Speaker resumed the Chair, and through
Mr. Chapman, Chairman, reported that they had had under
consideration the bill relative to the repeal of the Inspection
Laws, had made some progress therein, and reported back
the bill with proposed amendment.
AMENDMENT PROPOSED.
Section 1, line 16, after the word "Inspections," insert:
except sections 410 to 423 inclusive, and sections 458 to 470,
all inclusive.
The amendment was adopted.
And the bill, as amended, ordered to be engrossed, and
having been engrossed,
