On motion of Mr. Marbury,

The House proceeded to the consideration of the bill en-
titled an Act to provide for maintaining and keeping in
repair the public roads of Prince George's county,

Said bill being upon a third reading,

The bill was then read a third time and passed by yeaa

I The House proceeded to the consideration of the bill enti-
tled an Act to prevent the sale of spirituous or fermented
liquors on Tilghman's Island, Talbot county, or within three
miles thereof,

Said bill having been rejected for want of a constitutional
majority,

On motion of Mr, Hammond,
The vote by which said bill had been rejected,
Was reconsidered.

The question then recurring upon the passage of the bill,
