ty," sub-title "Greensborough," and the Act of 1866, chap-
ter 96, and to enact the following in lieu thereof.

An Act to amend An Act, entitled an Act to incorporate
the Mercantile Library Association of the City of Baltimore,
passed January 17, 1842, being chapter 15, of 1841.

An Act to prohibit stock running at large in and around
Catonsville, in Baltimore county.

An Act to authorize John T. Waller, Guardian, to settle
his accounts as guardian to Charles N. Waller, and to deliver
over the estate to his ward.

An Act to add additional sections to the Act of 1865, chap-
ter 36, entitled an Act to incorporate the German Fire In-
surance Company, of Baltimore.

An Act to amend an Act entitled an Act incorporating the
Baltimore College of Dental Surgery.

An Act supplementary to the Act of 1867, chapter 354,.
incorporating the Queenstown and Harrington Railway Com-
pany.

An Act to alter and amend an Act passed at January ses-
sion 1854, chapter 60, entitled an Act to incorporate a society
in Washington county, to be styled the Agricultural and
Mechanical Association of Washington county; and also, an
Act passed at January session 1867, chapter 200, entitled art
Act to revive and continue in force the Act of 1854, chapter
60, entitled an Act to incorporate a society in Washington
county, to be styled the Agricultural and Mechanical Associ-
ation, of Washington county, so as to convert said Association
into a joint stock corporation, and to legalize certain Acts
heretoiore performed by said Association.

An Act to extend the powers" of the Registei of Wills of
Worcester county.

An Act to enlarge the power of the Maryland Baptist
Union Association in relation to the holding of property, the
said Association having been incorporated for religious pur-
poses under the Act of the General Assembly of the State of
Maryland, passed at its December session 1846, chapter 323,
entitled an Act to authorize incorporations in certain cases.

An Act to repeal sections 101, 102, 105 and 145, of Article
11, of the Code of Public Local Laws of Frederick county, re-
lating to the powers and duties of the Mayor, Aldermen and
Common Council of Frederick, And re-enact the same with
amendments.
