An Act to authorize the scooping for oysters in certain
waters of Dorchester county.

An Act to amend and re-enact the eighty-sixth and ninety-
fifth sections of Article four of the Code of Public Local Laws
Of Baltimore city, entitled "Auctions."

An Act to authorize and require the County Commission-
ers of Baltimore county to levy a sum of money not exceed-
ing three hundred dollars, for the purpose of reimbursing

title "Roads," and to repeal chapter 452, of Acts passed
January session, 1865, entitled an Apt to repeal sections 96
to 109 inclusive, of the Code of Publiq Local Laws of Mary-
land, for Charles county, under the head of roads, and to
enact the following in lieu thereof; and to provide a road
system for St. Ma,ry's county.

An Act to extend the jurisdiction of Justices of the Peace
for Wicomico county, to cases of assault and battery,

An Act to amend the Public Lopal Laws of Kent county,
title "Chestertown," by repealing section 35, and tore-enact
the same as amended.

An Act to provide for maintaining and keeping in repair
the public roads of Howard county, and to repeal the Act
passed at the January session 1868, chapter 358, entitled an
Act to provide for the repairs of the public roads in Howard
county.

An Act to authorize the Mayor and City Council of Balti-
more, to fund the floating debt of the City to an amount not
exceeding eight hundred thousand dollars.

An Act to repeal sections 98, 99, 100, 101, 102, 103, 104,
105, 106, 107, 108, 109, 110, 111, 112 and 113, of Article 6,
