The House proceeded to the consideration of the bill enti-
tled an Act to- repeal an Act passed January session 1868,
relating to the registration of voters, and, to enact other pro-
visions in lieu thereof,

Said bill being upon a third reading,

The bill was then read a third time and passed by yeas and
