Mr. Hoblitzell submitted the following order :

Ordered, That the Librarian be directed to furnish a copy
of the Constitution .'or each member of the House of Dele-
gates, for their use during the session.

Which was adopted.

Mr. Gorman submitted the following order :

Ordered, That the Librarian furnish to the members and
officers of the House of Delegates the same articles of sta-
tionery as furnished at the last session ; not to exceed the
amount limited by law, if required.

Which was adopted.

Mr. Bowlus submitted the following order :

Ordered, That the Librarian be authorized to provide
twenty-five copies of the Code and its supplements, to be
distributed, one to each delegation of the several counties,
and to the three Legislative Districts of Baltimore city, to be
returned to the Library at the end of the session.

Which was adopted.

Mr. Gatch submitted ^he following order :

Ordered, That the Postmaster furnish each member and
officer of this House with twenty dollars worth of three cent
stamps.

Which was read

Mr. Blake submitted the following amendment:

Strike out the word "twenty'' and insert the word
forty, and insert after the word " member '" the words, also
Chief Clerk and Reading Clerk.

Which was adopted.

The question then recurring upon the order as amended, it
was adopted.

Mr. Colton submitted the following order :

Ordered, That the Librarian furnish the Reporter of the
Associated Press with such stationery as lie may need, not to
exceed the amount due each member.

Which was adopted.

Mr. Hammond submitted the following order :

Ordered, That the State Printer be ordered to furnish each
member with ten copies of the journal daily, and to send one
copy to each newspaper of the State

Which was adopted.
