JOURNAL OF PROCEEDINGS [Mar. 29,

The House then proceeded to the consideration of the next
order of the day, being the bill entitled an Act passed the
30th day of March, 1868, chapter 406, entitled an Act to re-
peal the Act passed the 23d March, 186T, chapter 184, en-
titled an Act to repeal Article 71, of the Code of Public Gen-
eral Laws, in the State of Maryland, entitled, "Oysters,"
and to re-enact the same with amendments, by adding the
following section thereto.

Said bill being upon a third reading.

The bill was then read a third time and passed by yeas
and nays, as follows :
