Baltimore county,

The bill entitled an Act to incorporate the Kent Island
Narrows Bridge and Navigation Company, and to repeal an
Act passed January 21, 1820, entitled an Act to erect a bridge
over the narrows of Kent Island, in Queen Anne's county,
and the supplement thereto, so far as the same may be neces-
sary to carry into effect the provisions of this law,

Being upon a second reading,

Mr. Browne submitted the following amendment:

Strike out section 6, and re-number the remaining sections
so as to correspond with this alteration.

The amendment was adopted.

And the bill, as amended, read a second time and ordered to
be engrossed for a third reading.
