Chancery.

on the Judiciary.

The Secretary of the Senate delivered the following mes-
sage :

BY THE SENATE,

March 26, 1870.
Gentlemen of the House of Delegates :

We have received your message proposing a Committee of
Conference on the House bills Nos. 190 and 318 for the relief
of Margaret Armstrong and John H. B. Latrobe, and concur
therein.

We have appointed on the part of the Senate, Messrs. Earle
and Snyder.

Secretary.
Also the following:

March 26, 1870.
Gentlemen of the House of Delegates :

We have received the message of your Honorable Body
proposing a Committee of Conference on the House bill with
Senate amendments, making arrangements for the payment
of the bonds of the State part due and those approaching ma-
turity, and concur therein.

We have appointed on the part of the Senate, Messrs. Earle,
Snyder and Henry.
