The bill entitled an Act to repeal sections 6, 7 and 8, of
Article 98, of Public General Laws, entitled "Wild Fowl,"
and to re-enact the same with amendments,

Being upon a third reading.
On motion of Mr. Webb,

The further consideration thereof was postponed, and the
bill made the order of the day for Tuesday, 29th instant,
together with the bill entitled an Act to amend the Act
passed the 30th day of March, 1868, chapter 406, entitled an
Act to repeal the Act passed the 23d of March, 1867, chap-
ter 184, entitled an Act to repeal Article 71, of the Code of
Public General Laws in the State of Maryland, entitled
"Oysters," and to re-enact the same with amendments, by
adding the following section thereto.

The hour having arrived for taking up the order of the
day,

The House proceeded to the consideration of the bill en-
titled an Act to provide for the creation and regulation of
incorporated companies in the State of Maryland,

Said bill being upon a second reading.

Mr. McCreery moved that the further consideration there-
of be informally postponed.

Decided in the negative.

The second reading of the bill was then proceeded with.

Mr. Baldwin, of Anne Arundel, submitted the following
amendment:

Sec. 2, line 5, strike out the word "please," and insert the
word: pleases.
