Under the Forest, Wildlife and Heritage Service, the
Program was reorganized in 1996 first as the Wildlife
Diversity and Hentage Program and then as Heritage
and Biodiversity Conservation Programs

PROGRAM
Formerly under the Coastal and Watershed Resources
Division, Program functions moved to the Watershed
Management and Analysis Division in 1995

the Committee has been inactive since 1994

Formerly under the Coastal and Watershed Re
sources Division, some Program functions were
incorporated into the Watershed Restoration Dm

TIDEWATER ADMINISTRATION
Formerly under Resource Management, the Tide
water Administration was reorganized in 1995 first
as the Resource Assessment Administration and
then the Resource Assessment Service under
Chesapeake Bay and Watershed Programs
WATER RESOURCES ADMINISTRATION
Transferred to the Department of the Environment
m 1995 (Chapter 488, Acts of 1995)
WATERFOWL ADVISORY COMMITTEE
Under the Wildlife Program of the Forest, Wildlife
and Heritage Service, the Committee has been
called the Migratory Waterfowl Adv isory Commit
tee since 1994
WATERSHED IMPACT EVALUATION PROGRAM
Formerly under the Coastal and Watershed Re
sources Division, in 1995 some of its functions
transferred to the Watershed Management and
Analysis Division
WATERWAY SERVICES
Formerly under the Boating Administration, dis-
