The Evaluation Committee on the Welfare Reform
Pilot Program was created m 1995 (Chapter 491, Acts
of 1995) The Committee was to assist the Secretary
of Human Resources m monitoring and evaluating
the Pilot Program and any other welfare reform in-
itiatives implemented by the Department Because the
Pilot Program was not funded, the Committee did
not meet and was abolished in 1996
