member of a reserve component of die United

COURT CLERKS & EMPLOYEES, JUDICIAKT BUDGET

PROPOSED ET CHAPTER 62, ACTS OF 1990

Provides that Circuit Court Clerks' offices are to
be governed by rules adopted by the State's highest
court, rather than by local judges, and makes certain
personnel decisions in these offices subject to pro-
cedures set by law, provides for certification of the
Judiciary's budget by the Chief Judge of the highest
court, rather than by the Comptroller
