Baltimore City concerning property tax assess-
ments, Homeowner's Tax Credit Program, Rent-
er's Tax Credit Program, Agricultural Land Pres-
ervation Easement Program, and over any other
local tax matters that the county or Baltimore City
assigns to the Board for hearing. This jurisdiction
includes but is not limited to appeals concerning
local tax credits and appeals concerning local taxes
and special taxing areas within that county or
Baltimore City (Code 1957, Art. 81, secs. 224A,
248-250, 255).
