Encompassing: Anne Arundel County, and the
following Election Districts of Prince George's
County: 3rd-5th; precincts 2, 4, 6-10, 12-17 of
the 6th, 8th, 9th, llth, 12th, and 15th.

FIFTH DISTRICT

Population, 1970: 488,435

Encompassing: Prince George's County 1st, 2nd,
7th, 10th, 13th, 14th, 16th-21st Election Dis-
tricts; precincts 1, 3, 5, 11, and 15 of the 6th.

Montgomery County Precincts 4, 6, 8, 9, 21, 22,
and 41 of the 13th Election District.

SIXTH DISTRICT

Population, 1970: 491,600

Encompassing: Garrett, Allegany, Washington,
Frederick, Carroll, and Howard counties; the
1st and 12th Election Districts of Montgomery

Congressional Delegation/'427

County; and the following areas of Baltimore
County: precincts 1-8, 17-20 of Election Dis-
trict 1; precincts 20 and 21 of Election District
