County, the Superintendent of Schools, the Director of

representatives. Fourteen members appointed by the
Board of County Commissioners include a clergyman, a
person conversant with labor problems, one with a knowl-
edge of law enforcement, a woman, and ten school stu-
dents, five of whom must be females and five of whom
males. The Director of the Washington County Recreation
and Park Board and the Youth Director of the Commu-
nity Action Council serve as ex officio members of the
Commission (Ch. 207, Acts of 1972).
