Chapter 367—Acts of 1972
An Act to propose an amendment to Section I of Article XIV of
the Constitution of Maryland, title "Amendments to the Constitu-
tion," amending the constitutional provision concerning one subject
in an amendment proposed by the General Assembly in order to make
special provision for proposed constitutional amendments for the
purpose of removing or correcting constitutional provisions which are
obsolete, inaccurate, invalid, unconstitutional or duplicative, and sub-
mitting this amendment to the qualified voters of the State for adop-
tion or rejection.
