143 Composed of 9 members elected annually by the volunteer fire companies of Prince
George's County.
145 Consists of a Board of Directors of 9 members originally appointed by the former Board
of County Commissioners for 3-year terms. One of the members must be a County Commis-
sioner (Ch. 918, Acts of 1941). This Board was continued by the county charter as the Prince
George's County Hospital Advisory Board. A member of the County Council serves as a
member of the Board, ex officio.
