CHAPTER 773 (House Bill 21) AN ACT to propose an amendment to Article IV of the Con- stitution of Maryland, title "Judiciary Department", sub- title "Part I—General Provisions", by adding new Sec- tions 4A and 4B thereto, to follow immediately after Section 4 thereof, creating a Commission on Judicial Dis- abilities, providing for its members, powers and duties, relating generally to the early retirement and removal of judges' as therein defined, BY THE GENERAL ASSEM- BLY ON RECOMMENDATION OF THE COMMIS- SION, and submitting this amendment to the qualified voters of the State for their adoption or rejection. SECTION 1.
