CONSTITUTIONAL AMENDMENTS

Chapter 71—Acts of 1960

An Act to propose an amendment to Section 54 of Article III of the
Constitution of Maryland, title "Legislative Department," modifying
the requirements for any county to contract certain debts or obliga-
tions by the elimination of the requirements of publication of the Act
of the General Assembly authorizing such debt or loan.
