Baltimore, April 18, 1905. Attended Baltimore parochial schools. Rail-
road conductor. Chief Committee Clerk, Baltimore City Council,
1948-54. Member, Holy Name Society; Polish National Alliance;
Polish Roman Catholic Union; Brotherhood of Railroad Trainmen;
Knights of Columbus. Married. Member of the House of Delegates,
1947-59, and since 1963.

WILLIAM J. MYERS, Democrat, Baltimore 6th; born in Baltimore,
April 18, 1904. Attended St. Joseph's School. Cafeteria manager.
Member, Baltimore Democratic State Central Committee, 1954-58.
Member, Brooklyn Improvement Association; Brooklyn Booster Club;
Golden Age Club of Brooklyn; Waterfront Workers of Baltimore;

Mass., March 7, 1896. Attended Clinton public schools. Accountant.
Served as sergeant in Medical Department during World War I.

ANGELO F. PALMISANO, Democrat, Baltimore 3rd; born in Balti-

Baltimore Junior College; Ford Motor Company Management and
Training School. Automobile business. Past president, Automobile
Dealers Managers Organization, Lincoln-Mercury Division of Ford
Motor Company; Knights of Columbus. Married. Member of the
House of Delegates since 1963.

CHARLES PANUSKA, Democrat, Baltimore 2nd; born in Baltimore,
August 8, 1904. Attended Baltimore public schools. Foreman, Bethle-
hem Shipbuilding Co. President, IMUSWA #33, Federal Credit
Union. Member, Board of Governors, Young Men's Democratic Club,
2nd District. Financial secretary, 1st Bohemian Democratic Club, 7th
Ward. Member, Czech-American Civic Association. Married. Member
of the House of Delegates, 1959-63. Resigned, May 10, 1963.

JOSEPH B. PAYNE, Republican, Frederick County; born in Lees-
burg, Va. Attended Brunswick, Frederick County public schools. Em-
ployed by the B. & O. Railroad. Served with Company L, 313th Infan-
try, 79th Division, and Company K, 111th Infantry, 28th Division,
1917-24. Member, Chamber of Commerce; Masons; Shrine; Knights of
