GUY JOHNSON, Democrat, Cecil County; born in Elkton, May 18,
1878. Attended Cecil County public schools; Elkton Academy; exten-
sion courses at The Johns Hopkins University and the University of
Delaware. Principal of the high schools at North East, Chesapeake
City, and Elkton. Unmarried. Member of the Senate, 1947-51 and
1957-63. 1 Chairman of the Education Committee, 1947-51 Sessions.
Member of the House of Delegates, 1951-57, and since 1963.

W. PAUL JOINER, Democrat, Kent County; born in Kent County,
June 12, 1899. Attended Kent County public schools. Farmer. Register
of Wills for Kent County, 1942-45. Member, Advisory Board of The
County Trust Company of Maryland, Kent County Branch. Married.
