in Annapolis, January 18, 1919. Attended Annapolis public schools.
Sheriff of Anne Arundel County, for twelve years, and Deputy Sheriff
for three years. Married. Member of the Senate since 1963.

timore, June 10, 1911. Attended Baltimore public schools; Baltimore
College of Commerce. Professional Musician. Served in the Asiatic-
