Washington, D. C., LL.B., 1939, LL.M., 1941. Member of the Maryland
Bar. Served in the U. S. Army, 1941-46. Assistant State's Attorney,
Prince George's County, 1947-5O. Town Attorney, Cheverly, 1947-55.
City Attorney, Hyattsville, 1950-58. Vice chairman, Democratic State
Central Committee of Maryland. Member, American and Maryland

RICHARD D. MACKIE, Democrat, Cecil County; born in Warwick,
December 30, 1922. Attended Cecil County public schools; West
Nottingham Academy; University of Delaware, A.B., 1952. Farmer.
Member, Farm Bureau; Grange; Inter-State Milk Producers Co-
operative. Vice president and Director, Cecil County Community
Chest. Member, permanent chapter, and campaign director, Cecil
County March of Dimes, 1958. Charter member, Cecil County Com-
mittee of the National Society for the Prevention of Blindness. Board
member, Maryland Children's Aid Society. Member, Conowingo Rod
and Gun Club. Married. Member of the House of Delegates since 1959.

WILBUR W. MAGIN, Democrat, Carroll County; born in Taylors-
ville, June 25, 1909. Attended Carroll County public schools; Winfield
