bia Bars. Served as Lieutenant Commander, U. S. Coast Guard, 1942-
46. Trial Magistrate, Montgomery County, 1948-52. Assistant State's

gomery County Bar Association. Vestryman, Grace Church, Silver
Spring. Member, Elks; Lions, American Legion; V.F.W. Unmarried.
