City, February 10, 1908. Attended Baltimore public schools and the
University of Baltimore. Attorney. Member of the Maryland Bar,
Jewish Welfare Board. Served in the U. S. Army 1942-1945. Un-
married. Elected to the House of Delegates in 1950.
CARROLL W. ROYSTON, Democrat, Baltimore County; born in Spar-
rows Point, Maryland, November 1, 1913. Attended Sparrows Point
public schools, Gettysburg College and the University of Baltimore.

to the House of Delegates in 1946.
CHARLES M. SEE, Republican., Allegany County; born m Cumber-
land, May 12, 1902. Attended the Maryland School for the Blind,
Overlea, graduating in 1924. Field Representative, Maryland Work-
shop for the Blind. Member Board of Trustees Maryland Workshop
for the Blind, Optimist Club. Chairman Allegany County Delegation.

AARON W. SHAPIRO, Democrat, Baltimore 4th; born at Baltimore,
January 27, 1917. Attended Baltimore City public schools, the
University of Baltimore and the Baltimore College of Commerce.

Government Division, U. S. Army, 1941-1946. Married. Appointed to
