MAURICE F. ENSOR, SR., Democrat, Baltimore County; born at
Phoenix, Maryland, November 7, 1897. lie attended the public
schools of Baltimore County. Traveling mechanic for an oil company.
Served with the United States Navy and U. S. Naval Reserve during
and after the first World War. Constable, Pikesville, for four years.
Married. Elected to the House of Delegates in 1946.

JOHN P. FITZGERALD, Democrat, Baltimore 5th; born in Baltimore,
March 28, 1910. Attended Baltimore parochial schools and Loyola
College. Salesman. Member of American Legion, Catholic War Vet-
erans. Served in U. S. Army 1942-1946. Married. Elected to the
House of Delegates in 1950.

HENRY J. FOWLER, Democrat, St. Mary's County; born in Mechanics-
ville, Maryland, August 5, 1909. Attended Mechanicsville public
school. Charlotte Hall, Newspaper Institute of America. Secretary
and treasurer of gas company, farmer. Member, County Welfare
Board, Lions, Volunteer Fire Dept., American Legion, Southern
Maryland Society. Served in the U. S. Army 1942-1945. Married.
Elected to the House of Delegates in 1950.

ARTHUR H. GREEN, Republican, Garrett County; born in Pittsburgh,
December 6, 1895. Attended the public schools of Pittsburgh. School
bus operator. Member, Odd Fellows and Woodmen of the World.
Served in U. S. Army during World War I. Married. Member of the
House of Delegates 1935-1939, 1945-1946, reelected in 1950.

JOSEPH H. HAHN, JR., Republican, Carroll County; born July 10,
IMS at Westminster. Attended. Westminster Public Schools and Pea-
body Conservatory of Music. Secretary of meat packing company.
Married. Elected to the House of Delegates in 1942.

JOHN W. HALL, Republican, Calvert County; born at Bowens,
Maryland, September 19, 1899. Attended the public schools of Cal-
vert County. Farmer. Former Register of Wills, Calvert County.
Married. Elected to" the House of Delegates in 1942.

JAMBS E. HANCE, Democrat, Calvert County; born at Mutual,
Maryland, August 7, 1900. Attended the public schools of Calvert
County. Farmer. Former Judge of Orphans' Court of Calvert County.
Married. Elected to the House of Delegates in 1946.

HENRY H. HANNA, JR., Democrat, Wicomico County; born in Salis-
bury, February 21, 1921. Attendee Salisbury public schools. Valley
Forge Military Academy and the University of Virginia. Real estate
and insurance agent, general contractor. Member, Elks, American
Legion, V.F.W., City Council of Salisbury 1948-1950. Married.
Elected to the House of Delegates in 1950.

ROGER B. HARRIS, Democrat, Kent County; born at Worton,
Maryland, July 16, 1895. Attended the public schools of Kent County
and Beacoms Business School at Wilmington, Delaware. Farmer.
Member of the Board of the Kent County Home. Married. Elected to
the House of Delegates in 1938.

S. FENTON HARRIS, Republican, Frederick County; born in Fred-
erick County. Attended the public schools of Frederick County,
Western Maryland College, Lincoln-Jefferson University and the
Johns Hopkins University. School teacher for 36 years, now ac-
countant. Chairman, Board of Auditors of Frederick County, 1918-
1921. Married. Elected to the House of Delegates in 1950.
