Bailment.

    Purveyors taking Purveyance within five miles of either University of
Cambridge or Oxford, without Licence, &c. and being thereof convict,
they shall suffer three months Imprisonment without Bail.  See antea, tit.
Purveyors.

of any Subject against his will, such Offenders shall be committed to prison
