CONSTITUTIONAL AMENDMENT
(Amending Sections 2 and 3 of Article VI) Proposed by Chapter 133
of the Acts of the General Assembly of Maryland of 1929, con
fers upon the Legislature power to authorize deputies employed
in the Treasury Department, to sign, countersign and grant war
rants, and to sign, countersign and issue checks for the with
drawal of funds from the Treasury of the State under regula
tions prescribed by the Legislature.
