49. The one-half of said penalty shall go to the constable by
whom the same shall be collected, and the residue shall be paid
by him to the clerk of the Circuit Court for said county, subject
to the order of the county commissioners.

50. If the inspectors shall report the enclosure in good and
proper order, the expense of said inspection shall be paid by the
party complaining.

Fox HUNTERS.

51*. Any person who shall be convicted of shooting any fox or
foxes whilst pursued by dogs in Worcester county, shall be liable
to a fine of five dollars for each and every offence, to be reco-
vered before any justice of the peace of said county as other
small debts are recoverable.

JUBOBS.

52. Each juror summoned on the regular panel of jurors to the
Circuit Court for said county shall be entitled to receive for each
day he shall attend as juror the sum of two dollars, and an allow-
ance of six and a quarter cents a mile for every mile his place of
residence may be distant from the place of holding said court,
such mileage to be computed only for one day coming to and one
day returning from said court.

53. The county commissioners of said county shall annually
levy such sum of money as they may deem sufficient to pay the
expenses which may annuaUy be incurred by the attendance of
jurymen at the Circuit Court for said county.

54. The collector of taxes for said county shall pay each jury-
man, immediately after the termination of each term, such sum
of money as he may be entitled to receive for his'attendance, and
a certificate, signed by the clerk of the Circuit Court, stating the
number of days he may have attended, and the sum and mileage
due him, shall be sufficient authority to the collector to pay the
amount specified in said certificate.

JUSTICES OF THE PEACE AND CONSTABLES.

55. There shall be the following number of justices of the peace
and .constables in said county, to wit: for election district number
one, three justices of the peace and two constables; for election
