ELECTIONS.
57. Prmce George's county is divided into nine election
districts, according to their present bounds and limits, and
elections shall be held in each district at the places heretofore
established for that purpose.
58. Tfce Judges and clerks of election in said county, shall
receive three dollars a day for each day they may act in the
discharge of their official duties.
HUCKSTERS.
59. No person shall purchase for sale any hogs, or poultry of
any description whatever, within the limits of Prince George's
county, without first obtaining a license from the clerk of the
Circuit Court for said county.
60. Bach person applying for such license, shall pay the sum
of fifty dollars to the said clerk, and the clerk shall account for
and pay to the Treasurer of the State the money so received,
at the same time and in the same manner as other money re-
ceived by him for the use of the State,
61. Any person who shall violate the provisions of section 59
of this article, shall, upon conviction thereof in the Circuit Court
for said county, be fined the sum of one hundred dollars, one-
half to the person who shall prosecute the same with effect, and
the other half to the State.
JUBOBS,
62. The sheriff of said county, at each term of the Circuit
Court for said county, shall summon seventy-three qualified per-
sons to attend said court as jurors.
63. When the sheriff of said county shall make return of the
persons summoned to any term of the Circuit Court for said
county, the clerk shall immediately open the same, and place the
names of the persons summoned as jurors on separate ballots,
and draw the same separately from a box, or other suitable re-
ceptacle, afad arrange the same, as drawn, into separate lists as
grand and petit jurors, and divide the petit jurors into two
panels, one of which shall serve during the first week of the
