tices of the peace and three constables; for election district
number four, three justices of the peace and two constables; for
election district number five, two justices of the peace and one
constable; for election district number six, two justices of the
peace and one constable; for election district number seven, four
justices of the peace and four constables; for election district
number eight, two justices of the peace and one constable; for
election district number nine, two justices of the peace and one
constable; for election district number ten, two justices of the
peace and one constable; for election district number eleven,
two justices of the peace and one constable; for election district
number twelve, two justices of the peace and one constable.

Mills.

125. The master, owner, miller or other person properly
belonging to or owning any horse or -wind mill in Dorchester
county, may take and receive for grinding any quantity of corn
or rye the sixth part thereof.

126. Any person such as is described in the last aforegoing
section who shall take or demand any greater toll than is therein
prescribed shall for every offence forfeit twenty dollars, to be re-
covered before any justice of the peace by action of debt; one-
half to the use of the State and the other half to him who shall
inform or sue for the same.

NAVIGATION.

127. All weirs and hedges in the channel of that part of the
northwest branch of the Nanticoke River which lies between the
channel of the main river and the place on the northwest branch
called the Walnut Landing, which in any manner interfere with
or injure the navigation of the said branch or river, shall be
deemed nuisances, and may be taken away or destroyed by any
person.

128. All weirs and hedges in and across the northwest fork
branch of the Nanticoke River from the Chimney Landing to the
northwest fork bridge, which stop up the passage of boats,
vessels or scows, shall be deemed nuisances, and may be taken
away or destroyed by any person.
