STATUTES.
CHAP. 2. Lords of the marches of Wales, shall
be attendant to the crown of England, and not to
the principality of Wales.
CHAP. 4. How the king shall be answered the
mesne rates of lands coming to him, by his tenant's
death.
CHAP. 5. No iron shall be carried forth of the
realm.
CHAP. 6. Who shall be coroners, and by whom
they shall be chosen.
CHAP. 7. No sheriff shall continue his office
above one year.
CHAP. 8. An attaint shall be granted as well
upon a bill, as upon a writ of trespass.
CHAP. 9. No writ shall ne directed to a sheriff,
to charge an inquest to indict any.
CHAP. 10. The penalty of the mayor, sheriff,
&c. of London, if they do not redress errors and
misprisons there, and in what counties the trials
thereof shall be.
CHAP. 11. Fresh suit, and huy and cry
shall be
made after robbers from county to county.
CHAP. 12. Within what time purveyances
made for the king's house, shall be paid for.
CHAP. 14. Upon which days wool may be
shewed in the staple, and in which not.
CHAP. 15. The bounds od every staple, and
how far they shall extend. |
