	148 STATUTES FOUND APPLICABLE, Prerogativa regis, 17 Edw. 2, Stat. 1.--A. D. 1334. ----- CHAP. 11. His prerogative in having the wreck of the sea.--Whales and sturgeons. See the charter to the proprietor, Sect. 4--and see the note on 3 Edw. 1, Ch. 4. It is not considered necessary that the prerogative respecting royal fish, &c. if it came to the state, should be retained. Other statutes made at Westminster, 1 Edw. 3, Stat. 2.--A. D. 1327. ----- CHAP. 1. A confirmation of the great charter, and of the charter of the forest. See the note above on Ch. 1. CHAP. 8. No commandment under the king's seal shall disturb or delay justice. See the note on 9 Hen. 3, Ch. 29--and see the note on 18 Edw. 3, St. 4. Statutes made at Westminster, 4 Edw. 3.--A. D. 1330. ----- CHAP. 1. A confirmation of statutes. See the note on 52 Hen. 3, Ch. 5. CHAP. 7. Executors shall have an action of trespass for a wrong done to their testator. This statute has been practised under in the province and in the state, before the passage of the testamentary law. It is not inconsistent with that law, and therefore is not repealed by it; but inasmuch as by the 5th section of the 8th chapter thereof, it is in substance re-enacted, it is considered that the case is sufficiently provided for thereby. This statute is mentioned in the letter from S. Chase, which has been referred to. Statutes made at Westminster, 5 Edw. 3.--A. D. 1331. ----- CHAP. 1. The great charter, and the charter of the forest confirmed. See the note on 52 Hen. 3, Ch. 5. CHAP. 9. None shall be attached or forejudged contrary to the great charter. Same.
