Strike out all after the word "repeal," and insert the
words:

An Act entitled an Act to regulate the issuing of Licenses
for the sale of spirituous or fermented liquors within the
Borough of North East, in Cecil county, passed January
session, 1864, chapter 348, and to enact the following in lieu
thereof.

Which was adopted.
