Mr Iglehart, Chairman of the Committee on Corporations,
reported

A bill entitled an Act supplementary to an Act entitled
an Act to incorporate the Queenstown and Harrington Rail-
road Company, chapter 354, passed March 22, 1867.

Which was read a first time, and,

On motion of Mr. Iglehart,
Said bill was referred to the Committee on the Judiciary.

Mr. Loker, Chairman of a select committee, reported fa-
vorably

Senate bill entitled an Act to include Blackiston Island,
in the Third Election District of St. Mary's county.

Which was read a second time and ordered to be engrossed
for a third reading.

Mr. Mullin, from the Committee on Ways and Means, re-
ported favorably

A hill entitled an Act to grant donations for the use of
academies and schools in Wicomico county.

Which was read a first time.

Mr. Nicolai, Chairman of a select committee, reported fa-
vorably

A bill entitled an Act to amend an Act to repeal section
three of Article three, of the Code of Public Local Laws
for Baltimore county, entitled Collectors, passed 7th of
March, 1865, and to re-enact the same with amendments.

Which was read the first time.

On motion of Mr. Devecmon,

The bill entitled an Act to repeal sub-sections 179, 180,
with section 2, of chapter 66, of January session, 1866, and
to re-enact the same with amendments,

Was made the order of the day for Tuesday, March 24th.

Mr. Guy, Chairman of a select committee, submitted the
