The Senate hill entitled a supplement to an Act to repeal
section 3, of the Act entitled an Act to incorporate the town
of Lutherville in Baltimore county, passed at this session &f
the General Assembly, and to re-enact the same with amend-
ments, and to add new sections.

Which was read a second time and ordered to be engrossed
for a third reading.

Also, favorably

A bill entitled an Act to amend an Act. passed at January
session, 1866, entitled an Act to amend an Act passed at
January session 1853, chapter 379, entitled an Act to amend
an Act to incorporate the Mutual Insurance Company of
Washington county, passed at December session, 1845, chap-
ter 37, and to extend the charter of said company.

Which was read a second time and ordered to be engross-
ed for a third reading.

Also.

A bill entitled an Act to repeal section 1, of chapter 425,
passed March 22, 1867, entitled an Act to incorporate an In-
stitution in the city of Baltimore, to be called the hank of
Collateral Deposits, and to re-enact to read as follows.

Which was read a first time.

Also, reported

The bill entitled an Act supplementary to an Act, entitled
an Act to incorporate the Elkton and Delaware Junction
Railroad Company, passed March 7th, 1867, chapter 146,
and asked to be discharged from the further consideration of
the same.

The committee were discharged.

On motion of Mr. Pentland,
The enacting clause of the bill was stricken out.

Mr. Mitchell, Chairman of the Committee on the Judiciary,
reported unfavorably

The bill entitled an Act to change the time of Election,
and continuance in office of the Mayor, and to regulate the
sessions of the City Council of Baltimore.

The question being upon adopting the Report of the Com-
mittee,

Mr. Herbert moved that the bill be substituted for the un-
favorable Report of the Committee.

Mr. Colton moved that the bill be indefinitely postponed.
The question being upon concurring in the motion,
Mr. Conway demanded the yeas and nays.
